Need to send a gift as soon as possible? Do you have a dinner or cocktail party a day away and need the perfect little black dress FAST!? We offer overnight delivery!

Elegant Moments products are shipped: 1-day overnight, 2-day and Ground shipping (US and International). On any order $75.00 or more, it is our gift to you that we take care of ground shipping for FREE! This applies only in the continental US.

Our Leg Avenue products are only shipped via Ground shipping in the US or internationally and the charge is complimentary regardless of total amount. In the future, we may offer overnight and 2-day shipping on these items, however due to inventory and warehouse location, priority shipping methods through Fedex and UPS are unavailable at the moment. Ground shipping however, should not take more than 7 days on average. Some international orders may take longer, depending where the item is shipped.


For all orders over $75.00 we are extending FREE Standard shipping in the Continental US!

Ground Shipping (5-7 days): $12.00 USD
2-day delivery: $25.00 USD
  *(order must be placed at 1pm EST two days before delivery)
Overnight delivery: $35.00 USD
  *(order must be placed by 1pm EST day before delivery)
Canada shipping: $30.00 USD

      

Most of our orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, unless it is an international package which we ship via Express Mail International. We are happy to ship worldwide. If you are not located in the US, please email info@allibabyintimates.com and we will assess your order individually for international shipping.

We do not charge extra fees for processing and packaging. For Florida shipping locations, a 6% sales tax may be applied to the order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you place an order for overnight delivery on Friday, your package will be delivered on Saturday. Orders must be placed before weekend.

Our Standards for Item Returns:
We do not accept returns on costumes, under garments including thongs, panties and g-strings. All sales on these items are FINAL.
Items must be delivered back to us within 14 days after purchase.

Returning items:
In order to return an item, you must email info@allibabyintimates.com your name, item number (located on the electronic receipt) and address where you are shipping from. We will then send you a warehouse address that is closest to your location to send the package. When sending packages, you must include the original electronic receipt inside the package. You will receive this electronic receipt via email once you have completed your order.
